Biography

Reshada Crouse, born in Plettenberg Bay, completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (University of Natal, Pietermaritzburg – 1975), an HDE(PG) (University of Cape Town – 1977), a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts (Michaelis School of Art, Cape Town – 1979) and an Advanced Diploma in Painting (St. Martins School of Art, London – 1981). From London she moved to Johannesburg, to start her career as a painter. She worked in Paris at the Cité Internationale des Arts in 1985, returned to Johannesburg, where she still works and lives.
